Key responsibilities

• Assist tax teams in preparing corporate tax returns and compliance documentation.
• Research and analyze complex tax regulations to help optimize client tax positions.

• Contribute to the development of tax models, structures, and provisions.
• Apply data‑analytics techniques to identify tax‑optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior professionals and observe best practices in tax consulting.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
