About the role

Join PwC's Tax practice in Miami as a Summer 2027 Tax Intern. You will work alongside experienced tax professionals, gaining hands‑on exposure to corporate tax compliance, international tax planning, and data‑driven optimization projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support tax teams in delivering comprehensive advice and planning strategies.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and compliance documents.
• Analyze complex tax regulations to optimize positions and reduce risk.
• Participate in international tax planning and multistate compliance activities.
• Conduct tax research and help develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Collaborate on tax models and structures, and contribute to tax provisions and audits.
• Apply data analytics to identify opportunities for tax efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (preference for 3.5 GPA).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Typically a third‑year student in a four‑year program or fourth‑year in a five‑year program.
