Tax Customs & International Trade Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Join PwC’s Tax practice as a Customs & International Trade Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will support clients in navigating global tax landscapes, managing customs duties, and ensuring import/export compliance while gaining exposure to PwC’s methodologies and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teams in interpreting complex customs regulations and optimizing trade operations.
• Participate in projects focused on customs duties, import/export compliance, and trade documentation.
• Prepare and submit documentation required for customs clearance.
• Research customs tariffs, valuation, and regulatory updates to support strategic planning.
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals in international trade and customs brokerage.
• Contribute ideas for innovative solutions that improve global supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, International Business, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• In the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program at the time of application.

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret regulatory information.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency (optional).
