About the role

As a Tax Associate at PwC, you will join a dynamic tax practice that helps clients navigate complex domestic and international tax environments. You will work on real client engagements, develop technical tax knowledge, and build professional relationships while contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns to meet compliance deadlines.
• Support the development of tax strategies that optimize positions and reduce risk.
• Conduct tax research and analysis on domestic and cross‑border matters.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services.
• Participate in multistate tax compliance, reporting, and provision modeling.
• Help prepare partnership tax returns and related documentation.
• Contribute to international tax planning initiatives and data‑analytics‑driven compliance processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time.
• Final academic year or recent graduate ready for an entry‑level position.
