About the role

Join PwC's Tax practice in Denver as a Tax Associate for the Winter 2027 intake. You will support clients in navigating complex tax environments while developing your technical expertise and professional brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns to meet compliance requirements.
• Support the development of tax strategies that optimize positions and minimize risks.
• Conduct tax research and analysis on domestic and international matters.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services across diverse industries.
• Engage in multistate tax compliance and reporting for jurisdictional obligations.
• Participate in the preparation of tax provisions, modeling, and financial reporting support.
• Contribute to partnership tax return preparation and related documentation.
• Assist in developing tax structures for international planning initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Support regulatory compliance consulting to navigate complex tax regulations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time.
• In the final academic year or having completed required educational milestones for entry‑level associate roles.
