About the role

As a Tax Associate at PwC in Seattle, you will deliver tailored tax services, support compliance, and develop tax strategies for a diverse client base. This full‑time position begins in Summer/Fall 2027 and provides exposure to both domestic and international tax matters, allowing you to build technical expertise while contributing to real‑world projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns to meet compliance requirements.
• Support the development of tax strategies that optimize tax positions and minimize risks.
• Conduct tax research and analysis on domestic and international tax issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customized tax consulting services.
• Engage in multistate tax compliance and reporting for various jurisdictions.
• Participate in the preparation of tax provisions and financial reporting models.
• Contribute to partnership tax returns and related documentation.
• Assist in designing international tax planning structures.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Support regulatory compliance consulting to navigate complex tax regulations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state before starting full‑time.
• In the final academic year or recently graduated.
