About the role

As a Tax Associate at PwC in Miami, you will support clients in navigating complex tax environments during the Summer/Fall 2027 hiring period. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in corporate, partnership and international tax compliance, research and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Assist in developing tax strategies to optimize positions and mitigate risks.
• Conduct tax research on domestic and international matters and provide analytical insights.
• Support multistate tax compliance, tax provisions, modeling and financial reporting.
• Contribute to partnership tax return preparation and related documentation.
• Help design international tax structures and planning initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to improve tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Provide regulatory compliance consulting for complex tax regulations.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time.
• Strong intellectual curiosity for tax consulting and planning.
