About the role

PwC is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Denver office for the Summer/Fall 2027 period. In this entry‑level position you will support client engagements, develop tax‑related skills, and gain exposure to both domestic and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
• Support the development of tax strategies to optimize positions and reduce risk.
• Conduct tax research and analysis on domestic and international issues.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services across industries.
• Engage in multistate tax compliance and reporting.
• Participate in the preparation of tax provisions and financial reporting models.
• Contribute to partnership tax return preparation.
• Assist in designing tax structures for international planning initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to improve compliance and reporting processes.
• Support regulatory compliance consulting.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment before starting full‑time.
• Entry‑level candidate who has completed or is in the final academic year of studies.
