About the role

As a Tax Associate in PwC’s Dallas office, you will support clients in navigating complex tax regulations while developing your technical expertise. The position is designed for recent graduates entering the tax practice and offers exposure to corporate, partnership, and international tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns to ensure compliance.
• Support the development of tax strategies that optimize positions and mitigate risks.
• Conduct tax research and analysis on domestic and international issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored tax consulting services.
• Participate in multistate tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory consulting.
• Help prepare tax provisions, modeling, and partnership tax returns.
• Contribute to international tax planning initiatives and tax structure development.
• Utilize data analytics to improve tax compliance and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state of employment.
• Strong academic record and interest in tax consulting and planning.
