Task Associate

About the role

The Task Associate supports Ulta Beauty’s mission to deliver an exceptional guest experience by keeping the store organized, stocked, and welcoming. Working closely with the Merchandise and Operations Managers, you will ensure that merchandise is readily available, displays are attractive, and the store environment meets Ulta’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product availability by stocking fixtures, signing, and facing merchandise.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory counts.
• Process shipments and replenishment using Ulta’s internal technology.
• Keep the sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, restrooms, and break areas clean and orderly.
• Adhere to loss‑prevention procedures and provide courteous guest service.
• Meet operational metrics, task‑dashboard goals, and attendance expectations.

• Reliability with punctual attendance and a commitment to store standards.
