Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Workforce Procurement

About the role

The Talent Supply Chain Consultant partners with hiring managers to source and procure temporary or contract talent that meets immediate workforce needs. This role blends recruitment expertise with a deep understanding of procurement technology and client‑facing consultation. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through the end‑to‑end hiring process while ensuring compliance with internal and market standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of positions.
• Conduct consultative calls with hiring managers to assess needs and define sourcing strategies.
• Leverage procurement technology tools to move requisitions through client internal processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to supply‑chain teams via reports and conference calls.
• Monitor daily requisition progress and follow up with stakeholders.
• Apply candidate assessment techniques to shortlist the best matches.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing and corrections.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, and negotiate bill rates aligned with market rates.
• Maintain focus on market goals, manage competing priorities, and adhere to Kelly’s processes and documentation requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and talent acquisition, preferably within an MSP environment.
• Strong consultative approach when interacting with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple client‑facing interactions and drive timely consultations.
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry supply‑chain procurement is a plus.
