Talent Supply Chain Consultant (Quad Cities, IL) Hybrid

About the role

The Talent Supply Chain Consultant (TSCC) supports Kelly's Direct Sourcing program for a major client in the Quad Cities area, managing high‑touch relationships, reporting, and process excellence within the Managed Service Provider solution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily talent supply chain activities including intake, job posting, resume review, and workforce operations.
• Analyze and report on Talent Community and Team Performance data, presenting VMS statistics to leadership.
• Administer VMS and related talent technologies, providing updates, edits, and user support.
• Act as liaison to the Program Management Office, driving efficiency and coordinating between teams.
• Support sales and implementation by collecting business data, preparing presentations, and ensuring consistency in direct sourcing launches.
• Conduct audits to ensure smooth onboarding, correct billing, and proper resource allocation.
• Build and nurture relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, and internal teams through site visits and communication.

Required profile

• 2+ years of client services, staffing, or program management experience.
• Proficiency with vendor management/procurement technology tools (Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, etc.).
• Strong understanding of supply chain or workforce solutions principles and trends.
• Effective communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Project management capability and willingness to work in or relocate to the Quad Cities area.
