About the role

ONIVERSE is seeking a dynamic Talent Specialist to join its headquarters in New York City. The role focuses on supporting the Sales Force by attracting, assessing, and onboarding new talent to keep stores fully staffed.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job postings, social media, job boards, networking events, and career fairs.
• Screen resumes, conduct virtual screening interviews with District Managers, and coordinate final HR interviews with Store Managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job qualifications and staffing needs.
• Manage candidate communication, background checks, and offer extensions.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring timely and efficient placement.
• Champion diversity and inclusion throughout all talent acquisition activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, assessment, and development.
• Prior recruitment experience in the fashion retail sector is highly preferred.
