Talent Sourcing Partner II

About the role

As a Talent Sourcing Partner II you will leverage your recruiting expertise to attract and engage passive candidates for a variety of frontline positions across multiple business channels. You will work within Spectrum’s Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines that support current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for frontline roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates for present and future opportunities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and peers to understand talent requirements and align sourcing efforts.
• Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to inform sourcing tactics.
• Utilize technology tools, ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office to improve efficiency and track candidate engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sourcing, full‑cycle recruiting, or talent acquisition experience with a proven track record.
• Experience recruiting across multiple states and implementing geography‑based sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment‑based immigration sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
