Talent Advisor – Onsite (Whitaker, NC)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Advisor to work onsite at its Whitaker, NC facility. This temporary position focuses on driving employee engagement, development, and performance while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute strategies that boost employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
• Run programs that support redeployment, retention, skill improvement, and clear communication.
• Inform talent about safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
• Maintain high‑quality service delivery and operational efficiency to meet customer needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of employee management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience.
• Strong understanding of HR/staffing practices such as orientation, terminations, payroll, coaching and advising.
• Proactive relationship‑building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Effective communication across multiple management levels.
• Willingness to wear required PPE (steel‑toed shoes, safety glasses).
