Talent Acquisition Sourcer – Temporary (4‑month contract)

About the role

The LVMH Beauty Division is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a four‑month temporary contract. You will work closely with experienced recruiters to identify and attract top retail and head‑office talent for the Perfumes & Cosmetics brands across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and referrals.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Utilise creative sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals.
• Provide scheduling support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and keep records up‑to‑date in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Track and report sourcing metrics to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑changing recruiting environment.
• Strong research, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with job board search tools such as Indeed.
