About the role

Darktrace is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to support its fast‑growing revenue teams across Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience. This role offers the chance to develop end‑to‑end recruitment expertise while contributing to ambitious growth targets in a cutting‑edge AI‑driven cybersecurity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for a variety of roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions and establish selection criteria.
• Source candidates through online platforms, professional networks and other channels.
• Manage the full selection process, including resume screening, interviewing and cultural fit assessment.
• Lead employer‑branding initiatives to enhance Darktrace’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to drive data‑informed improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on best recruitment and interview practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
