About the role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator supports the University of Arkansas’ recruitment ecosystem by managing job postings, candidate workflows, and compliance within the Workday platform. This full‑time, day‑shift position works closely with HR partners, hiring managers, and university staff to ensure a smooth hiring experience for all internal and student applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and publish internal and student job openings in Workday.
• Guide applicants through the Workday “Find Jobs” process and troubleshoot draft applications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely job approvals and postings.
• Support compliance with university hiring policies and equal opportunity guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with diverse university stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced academic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workday HRIS.
