Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator

About the role

The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support its recruitment function. This full‑time, day‑shift position is based on the Fayetteville campus and reports to the Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of the university’s hiring processes.
• Coordinate job posting activities and ensure accurate information is entered into Workday.
• Maintain candidate records and support the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Provide operational support for talent acquisition initiatives and reporting.

Required profile

• Current affiliation with the University of Arkansas System (employee, student employee, or graduate assistant) is preferred.
• Ability to work on a day‑shift schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
