About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Steve Madden, you will be the engine behind the recruiting process, ensuring each requisition is set up for success and delivering a candidate experience that reflects the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end requisitions in the ATS, from creation through approvals.
• Maintain accurate job postings across all platforms.
• Source and screen entry‑level candidates for various business units.
• Support internal mobility initiatives, including transfers and visibility programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep searches moving efficiently.
• Maintain job descriptions and keep the recruiting database up to date.
• Produce a weekly internal job newsletter and manage the careers inbox.
• Track employee referral program activity and coordinate rewards.
• Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and internship program logistics.
• Lead special projects that improve talent attraction and hiring processes.

Required profile

• Highly organized and able to thrive in fast‑moving environments.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to act without waiting for direction.
• Skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong relationship‑building and service orientation.
• Professional handling of sensitive information.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with proven ATS expertise.
