Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

YETI is seeking a highly organized, people‑first Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high‑volume recruiting. You will be the backbone of the candidate experience, handling interview scheduling, logistics, and on‑site coordination to ensure a smooth process.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling (phone, video, on‑site) for grade 9 and below roles, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain a scheduling workbook as the single source of truth, tracking all interview details with precision.
• Manage multiple calendars, coordinate office tours, welcome on‑site visitors, and organize interview‑day lunches.
• Arrange candidate travel, process reimbursements, and handle expense reports promptly.
• Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support talent acquisition programs and broader TA initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• High sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication style.
• Genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.
