Talent Acquisition Coordinator Internship (6 months)

About the role

Join Bosch's HR Service Department as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern and support the People Acquisition Campus. You will gain hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle while collaborating with HR Business Partners and service teams across the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Administer pre‑employment processes for new hires, promotions, transfers and international assignments.
• Coordinate background checks and validate data quality to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Develop tools, aids and solutions for recurring recruitment requirements and suggest process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Service team as needed.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, associates and cross‑functional partners.
• Interest in learning HR processes and talent acquisition best practices.
