Talent Acquisition Advisor – Colorado

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with business leaders in Colorado and drive effective hiring strategies. The role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates while supporting hiring managers throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: post openings, review applications, schedule interviews, coordinate offers, conduct background checks, and complete I‑9 documentation.
• Build strong partnerships with regional leaders to understand staffing needs and influence hiring decisions.
• Work closely with HRIS, Compliance, and People & Culture teams to apply Greystar’s policies consistently.
• Advise hiring managers on assessing and selecting qualified talent.
• Proactively source and pipeline candidates for current and future requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation to ensure accurate job documentation, classification, and market pricing.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience building partnerships with business leaders and regional teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, compliance requirements, and internal hiring policies.
• Capability to provide guidance to hiring managers on talent assessment.
• Demonstrated proactive sourcing and candidate pipeline development.
• Collaboration skills for working with HR Business Partners on job documentation and classification.
