Systems Engineer – Semiconductor Systems

About the role

As a Systems Engineer you will design, integrate, and optimize complex semiconductor equipment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver advanced solutions that meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design complex components, modules, and subsystems, ensuring they meet market requirement specifications.
• Lead architecture brainstorming sessions, evaluate alternatives, and select final subsystem architectures.
• Build and qualify prototypes or procure subsystems, testing for compliance with detailed specifications.
• Support system integration during assembly and final testing, performing reliability tests and making necessary design adjustments.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent education/experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (MS or PhD preferred) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
• Experience with metrology equipment such as X‑ray, optical, SEM, or TEM systems.

Required skills

• Optical microscopy and related characterization techniques.
• Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM).
• X‑ray metrology equipment operation.
• System integration and reliability testing.
