About the role

The Experienced Systems Engineer applies a working knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals to guide the division’s engineering and design activities, working under a Program Manager and collaborating with OTECH personnel and clients to meet requirements.

Key responsibilities

Provide guidance to the division’s engineering and design activities under the direction of a Program Manager.
Interact with OTECH personnel and clients to ensure engineering efforts meet client requirements.
Develop systems engineering documentation such as concepts of operations, requirements specifications, interface control documents, drawings, hazard analyses, test plans and procedures.
Maintain, performance‑track and update the requirements management database.

Required profile

Working knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
