Systems and Information Administrator

About the role

Cityside Fiber is looking for a motivated Systems and Information Administrator to design, build, and manage the company’s IT infrastructure. The role ensures seamless system integrations, enforces data hygiene standards, and performs routine server configuration and maintenance to keep performance, security, and data accuracy at peak levels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain API connections and middleware between ERP, CRM, HRIS, Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors to translate business requirements into automated workflows.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, audit data usage, and ensure integrity across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Install, configure, and manage physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux, VMware).
• Perform preventive maintenance, including firmware, BIOS, and OS patch updates.
• Validate disaster recovery plans and manage system backups to guarantee business continuity.
• Promote a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration within the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands‑on server administration, systems analysis, and data governance.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to data hygiene.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
