Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator I is the frontline technical support resource for New Season’s IT Infrastructure team. You will provide hardware and software support, respond to service requests, and help maintain reliable technology operations across corporate offices, clinics, and remote locations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets while documenting actions in the ticketing system.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, peripheral, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Perform initial troubleshooting of network connectivity, wireless, VPN, and firewall issues; escalate advanced problems to Network Engineering.
• Support user account access, authentication, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, shared drives, and other enterprise applications.
• Act as first responder for technology outages, communicate status updates, and coordinate restoration efforts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with equipment procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Assist with hardware installations, office relocations, technology refresh projects, and new clinic openings.
