Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join Impruvon's Operations team. In this hands‑on, individual‑contributor role you will manage user access, configure internal tools, and support the daily workflows that keep our medication‑management platform running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain permission sets, roles, and groups across Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Atlassian and other internal systems.
• Provision and de‑provision users, conduct periodic access reviews, and apply least‑privilege and HIPAA technical safeguards.
• Configure system integrations, automations, and workflow designs based on departmental requirements.
• Document system configurations, access policies, and write how‑to guides for self‑service.
• Serve as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional comfortable with user access fundamentals and eager to learn system configuration.
• Detail‑oriented, follows established processes and identifies opportunities for documentation or workflow improvement.
• Motivated to work in a mission‑driven environment focused on improving safety and outcomes for long‑term care patients.
