Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will coordinate all aspects of Covista’s enterprise systems, supporting multiple educational brands and ensuring reliable configuration, administration, and user support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to translate processes into application workflows and support implementation testing.
• Create and maintain training materials and documentation for faculty, students, and help‑desk staff.
• Develop and manage knowledge‑base tools, processes, and workflows.
• Write and execute automation scripts, macros, and testing applications to meet business objectives.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve application‑related issues, including configuration and design problems.
• Ensure accurate and timely creation of user accounts and manage multiple customer issues simultaneously.
• Define business rules, monitor incidents, and generate reporting for Covista’s various brands.
