Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure while delivering Level 1‑3 support to internal users. This hybrid position (3 days onsite) reports to the Network & Security Manager and works closely with both corporate and retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Windows Active Directory accounts, servers, and virtualization (Hyper‑V) environments.
• Maintain domain controllers, file servers, storage solutions and backups using VEEAM.
• Support SharePoint intranet, SQL Server, and specialized application servers.
• Apply security patches, anti‑virus updates, and perform routine system audits.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and internet proxy.
• Administer VOIP (8x8), mobile device management, and building security systems.
• Deploy software via ManageEngine, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM; handle OS updates for Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for O365 accounts, printers, and end‑user issues across corporate office, warehouse, and 20+ retail stores.
