Systems Administrator

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Systems Administrator who will own the day‑to‑day operation of Power Platform and SharePoint environments. The role is onsite and requires a detail‑oriented problem‑solver who can support both on‑premises and cloud systems while collaborating with business units.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint (online and on‑prem) environments.
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, manage permissions and resolve integration problems.
• Assist users with apps, workflows, dashboards and provide training materials.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, integrations and governance compliance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides and performance reports.
• Recommend improvements to increase functionality and efficiency.

Required skills

• SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On‑Prem administration.
• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive).
• Troubleshooting complex systems and integration issues.
• Governance/compliance best practices for Power Platform and SharePoint.
• Network concepts, IIS administration and web‑app troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
