Systems Administrator

About the role

Berry Law, a nationally recognized law firm serving veterans and other clients, is looking for a Systems Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and performance of its core cloud and collaboration platforms. The role supports attorneys and staff by managing Microsoft 365 services and related SaaS tools, while reducing reliance on external managed service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Maintain SaaS collaboration tools such as Zoom, KnowBe4, and Egress.
• Perform regular patching, configuration, and health checks following ITIL‑aligned standards.
• Act as Tier 2/3 escalation point for M365, Entra, Intune, Exchange, Zoom, KnowBe4, and Egress issues.
• Document resolutions, update knowledge‑base articles, and assist Tier 1 support.
• Participate in change planning and execution, coordinating with the IT Service Manager and external vendors.
• Lead small‑to‑medium system enhancement projects from planning through implementation.
• Identify and propose improvements to reliability, security, and user experience.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and related SaaS platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with IT support technicians, service managers, and external vendors.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management practices.
