About the role

Acumen Technology is seeking a confident and passionate Systems Administrator to join our hybrid team in Nashville, TN. You will act as the face of the company to our clients, delivering top‑tier IT support while enjoying a fun, collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support to clients across Middle Tennessee, ensuring excellent customer service and communication.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VMware, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Document procedures, track time, and monitor metrics to improve business efficiencies.
• Travel to client locations as needed while adhering to Acumen’s core values.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and customer‑care.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues quickly and multitask in a fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Proficiency in typing and using support tools to log service requests accurately.

Required skills

• VMware, Azure, Windows Server, Networking, Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft MCP/MCSA/MCSE, Citrix CCEA/CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Fortinet NSE, LabTech LTCP, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP.
