Systems Administrator

About the Position

Join Fibre Federal Credit Union in a dynamic and essential role within the financial services sector. As a Systems Administrator, you will be the backbone of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technological environment to support our growing organization.

Main Missions

• Manage daily IT systems and servers to ensure seamless organizational operations.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and workstations.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve hardware and software issues.
• Implement and oversee backup procedures and disaster recovery protocols.
• Develop, apply, and enforce robust IT security policies.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and manage hardware/software inventory and licensing compliance.
• Apply critical system patches and updates to ensure security and stability.
• Provide secondary support to the IT helpdesk team and assist employees with technical inquiries.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in systems administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary IT team.
