Systems Administrator – IT Operations

About the role

Bish's RV is expanding its technology footprint across 28+ locations. As a Systems Administrator in the IT Operations team, you will be the backbone that connects new and existing stores, ensuring reliable network and security services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and improve network infrastructure across 28+ locations.
• Hands‑on work with firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues in retail and office environments.
• Assist with network design, standardization, and upgrades during store acquisitions.
• Partner with ISPs and vendors for installations, outage resolution, and service improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation of network configurations and standards.
• Implement and operate cybersecurity tools such as endpoint protection/EDR, email and phishing protection, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Drive security hardening and compliance across endpoints and network devices.

• Proactive problem‑solver who automates repetitive tasks and leverages AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats – from on‑site network troubleshooting to rolling out security controls.

• Strong communicator able to explain technical concepts to sales staff, service technicians, and executives.
