System Administrator - Microsoft 365

About the role

FOCO is looking for a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure its Microsoft 365 environment. You will support a global, fast‑paced consumer products and eCommerce business, ensuring reliable collaboration, productivity, and security services for all employees.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Defender, and Intune.
• Manage user accounts, groups, licensing, and access permissions across Microsoft 365.
• Monitor service health, performance, and availability, and troubleshoot email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive issues.
• Support Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) identity management, MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies.
• Configure data loss prevention, retention, encryption, and compliance features.
• Perform regular audits and ensure alignment with company security standards.
• Provide endpoint device management, user training, and guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with help‑desk and infrastructure teams to resolve escalated incidents.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation for both technical and non‑technical users.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, global environment.
