System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to manage day‑to‑day infrastructure operations across Windows, Azure, networking, and end‑user environments. This position is ideal for an early‑career IT professional eager to move beyond help‑desk duties into broader systems and infrastructure support.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Maintain and monitor servers, virtual machines, and perform system patching and updates.
• Support backup processes, system recoverability, and monitor overall system health.
• Manage ticket intake, prioritize issues, and provide hardware, software, and access support.
• Handle onboarding/off‑boarding, account setup, and device provisioning.
• Support network connectivity (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs, wireless) and implement changes on switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Perform routine security checks, monitor network performance, and document systems, procedures, and configurations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure, or network support.
• Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced IT support environment.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
