System Administrator III – Enterprise Infrastructure

About the role

This full‑time position supports and enhances complex technology environments across enterprise infrastructure, systems, and cloud platforms for a US‑based partner. You will design, implement, and maintain reliable IT solutions that enable business operations and meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Map relationships and dependencies among IT platforms, networks, and end‑user technologies.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions to maintain system reliability.
• Implement system monitoring, performance‑optimization, and health‑check solutions.
• Develop and maintain backup strategies, disaster‑recovery plans, and business‑continuity procedures.
• Create and update system documentation, configuration baselines, technical standards, and operational procedures.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and infrastructure improvements.
• Support incident escalation, security controls, compliance requirements, and identity‑management solutions.

Required profile

• Experienced systems administrator with strong infrastructure knowledge and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure environments and manage complex technical ecosystems.
