System Administrator (Hybrid/Remote)

About the role

KeenLogic is looking for an experienced System Administrator to support Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) under a federal contract. The role focuses on maintaining a Microsoft Windows enterprise environment, providing day‑to‑day IT operations, and ensuring reliable, secure technology services for UNICOR locations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 11 workstations across the enterprise.
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange/Outlook.
• Deploy operating systems, configure servers, and perform software installations.
• Execute patch management, vulnerability remediation, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Provide end‑user support and resolve technical incidents promptly.
• Support both virtual and physical server infrastructures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in system administration.
• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and/or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) – each certification may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.
