System Administrator (Hybrid)

About the role

The System Administrator will manage technology infrastructures for multiple clients across various industries. This hybrid position involves supporting servers, desktops, firewalls, network equipment, backup systems, and more while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy complex solutions using technologies such as Exchange, VMWare, and Windows Server.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors.
• Build new network and server environments.
• Manage, maintain, and upgrade existing servers, networks, and desktops.
• Maintain healthy relationships with multiple customers, manage expectations, and provide regular status updates.
• Understand customer business processes and recommend technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems, including software deployments and hardware issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or 2‑3 years of IT management experience.
• Minimum 1 year as a network/system administrator, IT manager, or IT consultant.
• Experience handling multiple customers at an IT consultancy or MSP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interface professionally with customer executives and employees.
