About the role

Help build confidence, teach life‑saving skills, and inspire a lifelong love of the water. As a Swim Instructor you will teach swim lessons, encourage and motivate swimmers, and create a fun, supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

Teach swim lessons to children and adults.
Promote water safety and build confidence in the pool.
Encourage and motivate swimmers during each session.
Create a fun and supportive learning environment.

Required profile

Engaging, cheerful, and helpful.
Alert and safety‑oriented – anticipate hazards.
Takes being a role model seriously, leading by example.
Problem solver, able to thrive in a loud, disordered environment.
Team player – works well with others and can lead when necessary.
