SWD Operator – Salt Water Disposal

About the role

We are seeking a dependable, safety‑focused SWD Operator to join our Bourg, Louisiana facility. In this role you will handle salt‑water disposal operations, ensuring produced water is processed efficiently while maintaining a secure work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment including pumps, valves, and storage tanks.
• Safely offload produced water from transport trucks and process it according to environmental standards.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
• Accurately record readings, daily volumes, and incident reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite, adhering to all safety and environmental protocols.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, drivers, and supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous experience with SWD operations is a plus.
• Willingness to work 14‑day rotating day and night shifts.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and follow safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude or related oilfield/waste handling experience is advantageous.
