SVP of Operations

About the role

Verse Medical is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its core operating engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, the SVP of Operations will build the systems, teams, metrics, and cadence needed to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and scalable operations across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement repeatable processes for clinician, patient, payor, and internal operations.
• Analyze operational data to identify levers for impact and translate insights into organization‑wide goals.
• Partner with product, engineering, and automation teams to drive throughput, quality, reliability, and unit‑economics improvements.
• Establish operating metrics, dashboards, and reporting cadence for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while scaling high‑volume operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling complex, high‑volume, regulated operations in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Track record of building cross‑functional teams and driving rapid iteration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
