Support Technician II – Enterprise IT Support

About the role

The Support Technician II provides enterprise‑wide technical support for hospital computer systems, peripherals, and end‑user service requests across multiple campuses. The role combines on‑site and remote assistance, proactive device maintenance, imaging, and hardware deployment while ensuring system security and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve service requests from all offices, prioritizing, tracking, and documenting each case.
• Deploy, install, and upgrade applications and hardware, including imaging of hard drives and configuration of printers, scanners, barcode readers, and other peripherals.
• Maintain system security through antivirus updates and ensure compatibility of computing systems.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support and assist teammates with system‑wide problems.

Required profile

• Three years experience with Windows XP and Windows 7 in an enterprise environment.
• Two years experience building, installing, and troubleshooting common devices and peripherals.
• One year experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Symantec antivirus.
• Current valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.
