Support Engineer – Remote CyberSecurity SaaS

About the role

Join a fast‑growing AI‑powered CyberSecurity SaaS provider as a Support Engineer. You will work remotely with enterprise clients across the United States, helping them adopt and maintain a workforce monitoring and insider risk management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for mid‑market and enterprise customers.
• Resolve support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to diagnose and fix complex problems.
• Manage multiple escalations, prioritize impact, and maintain clear communication with customers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support engineering or software engineering, preferably in a CyberSecurity SaaS environment.
• US citizenship due to security clearance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous reports into precise problem statements.
