Supply Technician

About the role

The Supply Technician supports the ammunition inventory management system by handling documentation, analyzing stock data, and providing technical assistance to ensure accurate and efficient supply operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate office automation equipment to store and produce organizational documents.
• Prepare reports identifying inventory discrepancies.
• Perform supply support functions for the ammunition inventory management system.
• Provide technical assistance on inventory management procedures.
• Research historical data to improve inventory management functions.
• Analyze depot transaction records and develop recommendations for process improvements.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and successful background investigation.
• Eligibility for clearance under AR 190‑11 and compliance with the Lautenberg Amendment.
• Subject to random drug testing and required to sign DA Form 5019.
• Completion of AMCR 350‑4 training and certification for ammunition operations.
• At least one year of specialized experience referencing supply regulations, using automated supply systems, monitoring stock data, and preparing complete shipping documents.
