Supply Technician – Day Shift (Mon‑Fri, 7am‑3:30pm)

About the role

The Supply Technician supports the daily flow of medical supplies and equipment across the health system. Working a consistent day shift, you will receive, verify, store, and distribute materials to ensure clinical areas have the items they need when they need them.

Key responsibilities

• Unload and sort incoming freight, verify quantities against packing lists, and inspect for damage.
• Notify Purchasing of discrepancies and file damage claims as required.
• Process FedEx, UPS, and other express packages using electronic handheld devices.
• Match deliveries to purchase orders, generate receiving reports, and decontaminate equipment.
• Maintain inventory in storerooms and PAR locations: count, scan, replenish, rotate stock, and keep areas clean and organized.
• Deliver freight and special purchase items to designated locations, obtaining required signatures.
• Process direct issues, verify requisition accuracy, and close work before shift end.
• Maintain medical equipment and specialty carts, delivering replacements as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work the day shift Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
• Physical capability to lift, move, and sort supplies and equipment.
• Attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and damage reporting.
• Willingness to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Required skills

• Use of electronic handheld inventory systems and scanning devices.
