Supply Reliability Engineer

About the role

Radiant Industries is developing the world’s first mass‑produced portable nuclear microreactors. The Supply Reliability Engineer will design and run supplier programs that prevent quality problems, ensuring every component meets strict standards before it reaches production.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end supplier qualification and onboarding, including pre‑assessments, capability reviews, audits, and approval to the Approved Supplier List.
• Develop, refine, and expand quality program documentation such as quality clauses, commodity‑specific requirements, and the Supplier Quality Manual.
• Create and manage supplier capability improvement plans, identifying gaps, partnering with suppliers to close them, and tracking progress against milestones.
• Define procurement assurance and acceptance frameworks, establishing purchase order quality requirements and certification processes.
• Handle non‑conformances and corrective actions when they arise, while focusing on upstream process strengthening.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier qualification, quality assurance, or related supply‑chain roles.
• Strong ability to develop and implement supplier improvement initiatives.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on building robust, repeatable processes.
