Supply Planning Manager

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of supply plans for its medical technology portfolio. Based in Dallas, Texas, the role partners with finance, manufacturing, marketing and operations to ensure inventory accuracy, minimize stockouts and support high customer service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 12‑month supply plans aligned to global net requirements.
• Lead the supply planning portion of S&OP to align demand forecasts with production, procurement and inventory plans.
• Analyze production plans and identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Monitor schedule adherence and conduct root‑cause analyses with manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to ensure timely raw‑material availability and capacity.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives for supply planning processes.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Full‑time work authorization in the United States now and in the future.
• Based in Dallas, Texas.
• Reports to the Sr. Director, Supply Chain.
