Supply Planner Manager

About the role

The Supply Planner Manager reports to the Sr Director of Planning for the Refrigerants and Applied Solution business unit at Solstice Advanced Materials. As a member of a global planning team, you will lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process across multiple product families and facilities, ensuring supply‑chain continuity from suppliers through manufacturing to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global SIOP team to create an 18‑month rolling production plan by product line and region, aligned with capacity (RCCP) and inventory policies.
• Drive optimal make‑vs‑buy decisions, balancing contractual obligations, cost, and inventory objectives.
• Generate monthly purchase plans that respect constrained production capacity and supplier contracts.
• Produce and optimize monthly inventory projections based on demand and supply plans.
• Partner with inventory planners to set targets that improve working‑capital turns while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to reconcile supply plans with demand forecasts for financial projections.
• Lead segment supply meetings and participate in financial reconciliation and executive SIOP meetings.
• Maintain supply‑planning master data (safety stock, lot sizing, planning time fences) in SAP.
• Implement replenishment strategies (make‑to‑forecast, make‑to‑order) based on product classification.
• Advance system maturity by leveraging SAP APO SNP planning tools.
• Serve as the supply‑chain focal point for new product introductions and footprint changes.

Required profile

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply planning or a related field.
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities with a proven problem‑solving track record.
• Financial acumen and solid understanding of business processes.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor while driving cross‑functional collaboration.
